From October 12th to 15th, the 3rd InternationalConference on Network and Network Applications was held at the Chang’an Campusof XUPT. Professor Fan Jiulun, President of XUPT, attended the InternationalConference and gave a speech, IEEE Fellow, Nori SHIRATORI, Professor of WasedaUniversity, Professor Achille Pattavina, Politecnico di Milano, and ProfessorJiang Xiaohong from Future University-Hakodate of Japan, and more than 80scholars from domestic and foreign experts, scholars and enterprises andinstitutions attended the meeting.

The International Conference on Network and WebApplications is held once a year. The conference was jointly organized by Xi’anUniversity of Posts and Telecommunications, Xidian University, FutureUniversity-Hakodate of Japan, China Aviation Industry Corporation, and theUniversity of Waterloo, Canada.
