XUPT and International Technological University (USA) Signs A Cooperative Agreement

In the morning of July 9th, Vice President of XUPT, Professor Fan Jiulun, on behalf of XUPT, signed a cooperative agreement with PhD. Greg O’Brien, President of International Technological University (USA) in Chang’an campus of XUPT.
