Recently, Liu Ying, Vice Dean of School of Telecommunication and Information Engineering, led an Image and Information Processing team to pay a visit to City University of Hong Kong. During the visit, the team held an informal discussion with Video Retrieval Group（VRG）led by Prof. Chong-Wah Ngo, an internationally renowned scholar.
