On May 5th, Zhang Long, vice President of Wicresoft, accompanied Edgar Tu, vice President of Dell in global research and development, to visit XUPT for communications. President Cui Zhilin and other leaders of XUPT warmly welcomed them. During the visit, Zhang Long introduced the joined research and development between Wicresoft and XUPT in details to the guests, and they visited XUPT-Wicresoft R&D center (research and development center). Both sides have deeply discussed the issue of establishing ODC(Offshore Development Center) in Xi’an.
