On November 7th, XUPT and Germany’s Eurasian International Education College Signed Memorandum of Cooperative Agreement in Chang’an Campus of XUPT. According to the Agreement, XUPT and Germany’s Eurasian International Education College will establish various forms of cooperation in bothway exchanges, graduates program, dual degree program and many summer vacation programs.

 After the signing ceremony, with the accompany of staff of Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, Andrew Guede, Dean of Eurasian International Education College, and his team visited NGN Laboratory of School of Telecommunication and Information Engineering, Laboratory of Telecommunication Network and Laboratory of Optical Telecommunication.
