In the afternoon of Oct.22nd, Dr. Scott Fowler from Linköping University in Sweden, at invite of XUPT, made an academic report on Some Key Problems of Mobile Computing Based on 4G LTE-Advanced for the faculty and students of XUPT in the Library of old campus. Dr. Scott Fowler illustrated those problems in details and introduced some research achievements about resource allocation and energy-saving technology of LTE. After the report, the faculty and students communicated with Dr. Scott Fowler deeply.
