From June 11 to 13, the annual meeting of the 2018 Sino-US Talents Training Program, hosted by the China Education International Exchange Association, the China Education International Education Exchange Center, and the American State University and College Association, was held in Xi’an. More than 300 representatives from the International Department of the Ministry of Education, Chinese and American college leaders, and project coordinators attended the meeting. Gong Jiamin, Vice President of XUPT, and the head of the Academic Affairs Office, the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, and the School of Computer Science attended the event.

On the evening of June 11th, at the Sino-US University Symposium, on behalf of XUPT, Gong Jiamin signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Carolina Coast University, whose President is David Saint Dezo, to jointly organize the “Sino-US Talent Training Program” 121 Project Experimental Class (Accounting Major).

On the afternoon of June 13th, Gong Jiamin, on behalf of XUPT and the president of the US partner university awarded the two school diplomas and degree certificates to the 121 project graduates. In 2018, a total of 9 students graduated from XUPT and obtained diplomas and degree certificates from Chinese and American schools. Among them, 4 students were awarded “Excellent Graduates of the 2018 sino-US Talents Training Program” due to their outstanding academic performance in the United States.
