In the afternoon of May 18th, Sue Reiss, Vice President of Britain’s Staffordshire University led a delegation to visit XUPT. President Fan Jiulun and Sue Reiss signed the Agreement on Higher Education Cooperation Program between Staffordshire University in UK and Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications in China and The Framework Agreement of the Cooperation between the University of Staffordshire in the UK and Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications in China. Sue Reiss and her delegation had communicated and exchanged views with the students of the Program Class on sites. Gong Jiamin, Vice president of XUPT, presided the meeting. Representatives from departments such as the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Academic Affairs Office, Alumni Association, School of Electronic Engineering, and School of Modern Posts participated in the seminar.
