On May 2, Su Hua, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of XUPT issued a letter of appointment for Dr. Wen Fuxi, a Marie Curie scholar at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. Dr. Wen Fuxi was invited to serve as an overseas talent introduction commissioner.

The school will continue to actively cooperate with outstanding talents with overseas backgrounds, to distribute overseas talent importing commissioners in different parts of the world, and to attract overseas talents to return home.
