Gong Jiamin Attended the Founding Meeting of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education, Shaanxi Higher Education Association

On the morning of December 25th, Northwest University witnessed the foundation of Sino-Foreign Education Branch of Shaanxi Higher Education Association as well as the “double-class” construction seminar. Xi’an University of Posts & Telecommunications is the governing unit of the first council. Gong Jiamin, the vice president of XUPT, was invited to attendthe meeting.
