On October 16th, the Opening Ceremony of the 16th APT Training Course on 5G Communications Systems and Internet of Things, was held in Chang’an campus of XUPT. Professor Fan Jiulun, President of XUPT, attended the ceremony and delivered a keynote speech.12 telecommunications officials from members of the Asia-Pacific Telecommunication Union, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, PapuaNewGuinea, Sri Lakeland teacher-student representatives of XUPT attended the opening ceremony. Professor Gong Jiamin, the Vice President of XUPT presided over the opening ceremony.
