Recently, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Coventry University. This memorandum of cooperation stipulates that both sides will cooperate in education and scientific researches, interaction between faculty and students as well as the joint double-degree programs, etc.
