In the morning of October 17th, the Opening Ceremony of the 14th APT Training Course in XUPT was held in academic exchange center of its Chang’an campus. The Training Course was sponsored by Ministry of Industry and Information, which was themed as The Application of Big Data Technology in Information Communication Industry. The training lasts 9 days, and the trainees are 14 officials in the line of communications and technicians in enterprises from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Samoa, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.    

 

XUPT has been one of the five International Training Center established by Ministry of Industry and Information. Since 2002, XUPT has undertaken the training of leadership management of information, telecommunications and ICT and the training task. Up to now, XUPT has held the APT Training Course for more than 15 times, with 148 members. The training in XUPT has received a favorable reception from cooperation and exchange of XUPT, from Ministry of Industry and Information, and good comments on trainees from the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province.
