XUPT Signed the Cooperation Agreement with Monmouth University

In the afternoon of October 10th, a delegation of 7 members from Monmouth University led by its two vice presidents visited XUPT. Both parties renew the Cooperation Agreement of 3+1+1 Program for Straight Entrance the Undergraduate-graduate Student, and President Fan Jiulun attended the ceremony.
