On September 23rd, sponsored by China Association for Science and Technology and Association for Science and Engineering in Russia, undertaken by Chinese Institute of Electronics, the 2016 Engineering Technology Forum between China and Russia was held grandly in Northwestern Polytechnical University, and co-organized by Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xidian University, Xi’an Jiaotong University and China Academy of Space Technology (Xi’an Branch). Professor Fan Jiulun, the president of XUPT was invited to attend the Forum.
